1. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of a minimum 30% non-refundable deposit.
- Full payment is due 14 days before departure for domestic tours, 30 days for international itineraries.
- Prices are quoted in USD/UGX and include park fees, accommodation, transport, and guide services as stated. Excludes visas, flights, travel insurance, tips, and personal expenses unless noted.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations 30+ days before travel: 30% deposit retained as admin fee.
- 14-29 days before: 50% of total tour cost non-refundable.
- Less than 14 days: 100% non-refundable.
- Kalesh Safari and Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to unsafe conditions, park closures, or insufficient numbers. Full refund or reschedule offered.
3. Health, Safety & Travel Requirements
- Guests must have valid passports, visas, yellow fever certificates, and travel insurance.
- Safari activities involve wildlife, uneven terrain, and remote areas. Participation is at your own risk.
- Kalesh is not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by proven negligence on our part.
4. Conduct & Itinerary Changes
- Guides may alter itineraries for safety, weather, wildlife movement, or park regulations.
- Disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
5. Liability
- Kalesh acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and lodges. We are not liable for acts or omissions of third parties.
- Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the tour.
