BOOKINGS

kalesh safari and tour provides transportation, accommodation bookings, restaurant meals, excursions and other services.

kalesh safari and tour enters into agreements on your behalf with service providers of your safari requirements such as lodges, gorillas and other permits, park entrances etc and their terms and conditions shall be applicable to you once you deposit and booking your tour since their terms and conditions are beyond our control.

PRICES

The prices quoted for the various safari are as per the itinerary and include the following services, unless stated differently:overnight in hotels/guesthouses/park enterance fees, range fees, English speaking driver/guides and bottled mineral water in the vehicle.

kalesh safari and tour reserves the right to adjust the price at any time should there be any fluctuation in the exchange rate or increase in the cost of any proportion of the tour, but the company will make every effort to minimize the increment.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

The following cancellation charges apply to our individual and group tour calculated after deducting game parks permits as well flights and other logistical items required for your safari booked for you by kalesh safari and tour ltd which are paid directly to the Government and other services providers that are not refundable according to their booking terms and conditions.

NOTE:

We regret that we do not refund any expenses, costs or losses incurred as a result of any cancellation or reschedule and such costs including those to our service providers shall also be directly charged off the client's prior deposit before issuing a refund.

The following percentages of the remaining monies after catering for the above items shall apply for any refunds.

• 1.) A non refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure booking.
• 2.) Full payment due 30 days prior to our start date.
• 3.) 30+ days before tour:50% refund
• 4.) 15-30 days before tour:25% refund
• 5.) 15 days; No refund

Cancellations due to force majeure:Refund minus costs incurred.

The company kalesh safari and tour shall not be liable in any way to the client for death, epidemics/pandemics, bodily injury, illness,damage, delay, bodily injury.

NB. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and shall be effective on the date of actual receipt by kalesh safari and tour LTD.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Clients must disclose medical conditions prior to booking.

Travel insurance is recommended.

COMPLAINTS

Kalesh safari and tour shall try to ensure that the company exceeds the expectations in every area of the tour arrangements. However, suggestions are very much welcome in order to keep improving the quality of the service.
